Overview

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This includes managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to develop strategies and policies to enhance financial performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

·         Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.

·         Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

·         Recording and reviewing expenses, payroll, etc. as assigned.

·         Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

·         Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.

·         Preparation, analysis, and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and

·         reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.

·         Maintain the general ledger operations.

·         Sending data for tax filing.

·         Record and process employee expense reports.

What we’re looking for:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).

·         Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

·         Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.

·         Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

·         Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong leadership and team management abilities.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
