Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, develop financial strategies, and ensure the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and managing all accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement financial strategies and policies
– Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
– Monitor and analyze financial performance and variances
– Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements
– Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
– Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
– Lead and mentor the finance team
– Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
– Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
– Implement and maintain internal financial controls
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance) preferred
– Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting
– At least 2-3 years in a managerial/supervisory role
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
– Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
– High level of integrity and professionalism
