Job Summary:

As a Travel Consultant at Satguru Travel Management Group, you will be responsible for planning, recommending, and booking travel arrangements for individual and corporate clients. This involves understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. You will serve clients across Pune, Maholi, and Africa, managing everything from flight bookings to hotel accommodations, ensuring that each trip is well-organized and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Discuss customer travel preferences and advise on destinations, accommodations, tours, and activities tailored to their needs.
• Itinerary Planning: Develop detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities, while ensuring timely bookings and adherence to client budgets.
• Booking and Reservations: Manage bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
• Customer Support: Provide continuous support for clients before, during, and after the trip, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Sales & Marketing: Promote travel packages and services, including special deals, insurance, and luxury travel experiences.
• Documentation Assistance: Assist clients with travel documents, including visa requirements and necessary paperwork.
• Local Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and requirements specific to Pune, Maholi, and African markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in travel consultancy or a related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and local guidelines (for Africa, Maholi, and Pune)
• Sales-oriented with a passion for travel
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Ticketing Agent – Satguru Travel Management Group

Location: Pune, Maholi, Africa

Job Summary:

As a Ticketing Agent at Satguru Travel Management Group, you will be responsible for booking and issuing tickets for clients traveling domestically and internationally. The role requires precise attention to detail, a strong understanding of ticketing systems, and the ability to assist customers with ticket-related queries across Pune, Maholi, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticket Issuance: Process flight and other travel-related bookings, including cancellations, changes, and rebookings for clients.
• Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to clients regarding ticket prices, schedules, availability, and refund policies.
• Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions for ticket bookings, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Travel Documentation: Ensure clients receive all necessary documentation, including electronic tickets, boarding passes, and travel vouchers.
• Coordination: Work closely with travel consultants and other departments to ensure seamless booking and smooth travel for clients.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve customer issues related to ticketing, including refunds, cancellations, and errors in bookings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling ticketing processes
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with international and local travel regulations
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
